IBIT IT Leaders Scholarship Fund

Instructions

1. Please fill in the fields below and print this form.
2. Enclose the printed form with your application. Please note that only students who have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 will be considered. Do not apply if you do not have a 3.3 GPA.
3. Include letters of recommendation that address your contributions and leadership potential. One letter from each of the following: Fox School faculty member and Temple University Administrator. The letters should be printed on letterhead, signed, include name, title and contact information, and must be included with your application in a sealed envelope.
4. Write a one paragraph summary of your accomplishments at Temple and include reasons why you deserve the award.
5. Submit the form, letters, and one paragraph summary by the application deadline to:

6. You will be notified on your official Temple postal address as well as the official Temple email address of the status (normally one to two weeks after the submission deadline).
